A wonderful Santa Claus laden with gifts beside the Christmas tree, his arms laden with gifts, including a little toy drum. I love his purple coat and hat, and the kind expression on his face. From a 1909 postcard. Colors include rich royal purple, Christmas green, white, brown and pale yellow.
